Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: September 25, 2026 · Last Updated: September 25, 2026 · Version 1.0

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bushnell Commons, including the Bushnell Commons physical workspace located at 14 E. Main Street, Springfield, Ohio 45502, and the Bushnell Commons member platform ("BC Connect" or the "Platform"). By creating an account, purchasing a membership, booking a service, or otherwise using any Bushnell Commons service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use Bushnell Commons services.

2. Business Information

Bushnell Commons is operated by Bushnell Commons LLC. Contact: info@bushnellcommons.com · 937-536-0920 · 14 E. Main Street, Suite 255, Springfield, Ohio 45502. These Terms are supplemented by the Bushnell Commons Privacy Policy, applicable membership agreements, house rules, and service-specific addenda, which are incorporated by reference.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use Bushnell Commons. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, to maintain the security of your credentials, and to be responsible for all activity under your account. Account sharing or credential sharing is prohibited. You must not allow unauthorized individuals to use your account or access credentials.

4. Memberships

Bushnell Commons offers the following membership tiers: Coworking, Coworking Plus, Dedicated Desk, and Private Office. Each membership is a 12-month commitment billed monthly, unless otherwise stated in your signed membership agreement. Included benefits (meeting-room hours, printing allowances, scanning, and amenities) vary by plan and are described on the applicable plan page and in your signed agreement. Plan changes, renewals, suspensions, and terminations are governed by your signed membership agreement and applicable house rules.

5. Pricing

Standard membership prices are presented before purchase. Current standard monthly rates are: Coworking $99/mo, Coworking Plus $149/mo, Dedicated Desk $249/mo, and Private Office $750/mo. Standard pricing may change for future purchases; existing contractual commitments follow the terms of your signed agreement or offer. Bushnell Commons reserves the right to update standard pricing with reasonable notice. Prices shown at the time of signup are the prices that apply to your commitment.

6. Promotions

From time to time, Bushnell Commons may offer promotional pricing, introductory rates, or discount codes. Promotions are subject to eligibility requirements, duration limits, and plan restrictions as disclosed at the time of the offer. Promotional pricing is temporary; after the promotional period ends, billing returns to the standard rate for your plan unless otherwise disclosed. Promo codes, redemption limits, expiration dates, and applicable plan restrictions are specified with each promotion. Bushnell Commons may modify or withdraw promotional offers at any time, except as to promotions already applied to active commitments.

7. Payments — Card Only

Bushnell Commons currently accepts credit and debit card payments only. ACH, bank-account, routing-number, and direct-debit payments are not accepted for new charges. By providing a payment card and completing enrollment or a purchase, you authorize Bushnell Commons to charge the disclosed amounts to your card. Recurring membership charges will be billed to your card on file on your billing date. You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.

8. Payment Processing Fee

A 4% payment processing fee applies to applicable card transactions. The exact fee amount is calculated based on the chargeable subtotal and is displayed as a dollar amount before you submit payment. For example, a $99.00 membership charge includes a $3.96 processing fee, for a total of $102.96. The dollar amount shown at checkout is the authoritative disclosure of the fee for that transaction. The 4% rate may be shown secondarily for transparency, but the dollar amount is the primary fee disclosure.

9. Failed or Returned Payments

If a card payment is declined or fails, your account may remain unpaid and your service may be affected according to Bushnell Commons billing policy. You will be notified and may retry with the same card or a different card. A returned-payment fee may apply per the current fee schedule. Repeated payment failures may result in suspension of access. Successful payment of an outstanding balance may restore service according to business policy.

10. Refunds

Refund policies vary by service type. Membership refunds are governed by your signed membership agreement and the applicable cancellation policy. Meeting-room bookings may be cancelled for a full credit if cancelled at least one hour before the start time. Event registration refunds are governed by the event's published cancellation policy. Printing charges are generally non-refundable once a job has been submitted. Special printing requests may be cancelled before production begins. Contact info@bushnellcommons.com for refund inquiries.

11. Workspace Use & Conduct

Members and guests agree to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times. Prohibited conduct includes harassment, discrimination, threats, unlawful activity, dangerous behavior, and unreasonable disruption of shared spaces. Members are expected to keep shared areas clean, moderate noise, respect meeting-room bookings, and treat all equipment and furnishings with care. Bushnell Commons reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for violations.

12. Property & Belongings

Members are responsible for their personal belongings. Bushnell Commons does not guarantee the security of unattended property and is not liable for lost or stolen items. Members are encouraged to secure valuables and not leave items unattended in shared spaces.

13. Access

Access rights depend on your membership plan and product. Access credentials (keys, fobs, codes) may not be shared without authorization. Access may be suspended for nonpayment, policy violations, or security concerns, as authorized by current policy. Members have 24/7 access via secure keyless entry; staffed hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm.

14. Guests

Guests are welcome in accordance with the current guest policy. Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests. Guest access and meeting-room usage may be subject to limitations. Contact Bushnell Commons for current guest policy details.

15. Dedicated Desks

Dedicated Desk memberships include a reserved workstation that is yours for the term of your membership. Specific provisions are governed by your signed membership agreement and any applicable dedicated desk addendum.

16. Private Offices

Private Office memberships are application-based and subject to availability. Office memberships are reviewed before approval and agreement execution. Specific provisions are governed by your signed membership agreement and any applicable private office addendum, which controls when more specific than these Terms.

17. Meeting Rooms

Meeting rooms are available by the hour, half-day, or full day during operating hours (8am–5pm, subject to current configuration). Members receive preferred rates and may apply included meeting-room credits. Credits reset on the 1st of each month and do not roll over. Cancel at least one hour before your start time to retain your credit. Room capacity, pricing, and amenities vary by room and are displayed at the time of booking. Members are responsible for any damage to meeting rooms during their booking.

18. Printing

Each membership includes a monthly printing allowance that combines black-and-white and color pages into one balance. Pages beyond your allowance are billed at the current overage rate per page. Scanning is always free. Standard printing is submitted through the member portal and processed automatically — no staff approval required. For special printing needs (special paper, unusual sizes, finishing, or large-volume jobs), a Special Printing Request may be submitted through the portal for administrator assistance and quotation. You are responsible for the content of documents you print. Printing allowances reset monthly and do not roll over.

19. Events

Bushnell Commons hosts events and workshops. Event registration, capacity, pricing, ticketing, cancellation, refunds, rescheduling, and check-in are governed by each event's published policies. Some events may be open to the public; others may be members-only or private. Registration may be free, paid, or invite-only. By registering for an event, you agree to the event's published terms.
